Return and Refund Policy for Her'bal Pleasures

1. No Refunds on Supplements

As our products are dietary supplements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been opened or used. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot guarantee safety or quality once they have been in your possession.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit for the affected item. Please include photographs of the damaged item and packaging in your request.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
